About Us
Our Mission
PE2AC’s mission is to serve as a safe haven and achievement center providing Philadelphia area youth, ages 6-21, with educational, health, college and career services. We place strong emphasis in areas serving at-risk youth in Philadelphia’s low-socioeconomic status neighborhoods. It is our intent to fill the overall needs left by underfunded schools systems that have eliminated services. PE2AC will supplement existing curricula to adequately prepare students for the requirements of today's job market in this global economy. Our programs will help develop youth by empowering them to make positive choices and become productive members of and leaders in their community.
Our Vision
PE2AC's goal is to prepare adolescents to be lifelong learners, able to make healthy decisions, ready for college and career, and to become effective citizens in society. We seek to make every child and young adult academically excellent and socially responsible.
How We're Helping
The Pennsylvania Education, Empowerment and Achievement Center (PE2AC) is a program created by co-founders Cyrene O. High and Alexis Musgrove. We are community advocates passionate about empowering children to achieve long-term positive outcomes. PE2AC utilizes a holistic approach and offers programs that produce: Better education, guidance, results, and support.
